This course is aimed at people who have not used or rarely used snorkel, mask and fins and who would like to learn properly.
First you'll learn some simple scuba skills and receive a short lesson on the techniques and rules for using Scuba, then it's time to take your first breath underwater, experiencing for the first time the sense of weightlessness and freedom that only Scuba Diving can provide! Now the fun really begins experience the thrill of being propelled underwater with our DPV's (Diver Propulsion Vehicles) soar with your buddy, perform twists and turns around the pool.... truly a blast and the best ride underwater - Sessions start in the shallow pool and then move on to the deep 4mts pool. Sundays between 3.50 and 6.00p.m.
After your dive, you can choose to down load your own personalised video clips of your underwater experience direct to your phone or computer!
The PADI Bubblemaker program is for boys and girls age 8 to 10 and run from Maidstone Leisure Centre at 3.50p.m. on selected Sundays.
It’s fun, easy and safe and is a way for youngsters to join in the family fun of scuba diving or even start a trend! Children should be OK in the water, but they don’t have to be super swimmers.
